Judge Moorehead is the first woman to be elected as Judge of Dallas County Criminal Court 3. She has 14 years of combined legal and judicial experience. First elected to the bench in 2018 as the Democratic nominee, Judge Moorehead is seeking re-election in 2022. She has a broad background in criminal law and civil matters. She is a graduate of Texas A&M School of Law.
